DISTRICT ATTORNEY HONORED BY EMERALD ISLE IMMIGRATION CENTER. District Attorney Richard A. Brown is presented with the Emerald Isle Immigration Center's (EIIC) prestigious Briscoe Award, which is named after the first Jewish Lord Mayor of Dublin, Robert Briscoe.  The award celebrates the close relationship between the Jewish and Irish communities in New York and honors Jewish New Yorkers who have helped support Irish immigrants in the United States.
