District Attorney Richard A. Brown with Norbert Chwat, President of the Forest Hills Action League, presents an "I Care" Outstanding Service Award to the District Attorney in appreciation and recognition for his outstanding leadership, professionalism and devotion to protect the people of Queens County since 1964. The Forest Hills Action League honored nine local residents and one company for their outstanding civic contributions at the fifth annual "I Care" Community Awards. The Forest Hills Action League, founded by local residents Estelle and Norbert Chwat, is a civic not-for-profit organization spearheading efforts to enrich and reserve the quality of life for Queens County residents.
