Queens District Attorney Richard A. Brown, joined by his Narcotics Bureau Chief Wilbert LeMelle, NYPD Intelligence Division Sergeant Christopher Kunz, 107 Precinct Sergeant Greg Meyers and Police Officer Warren Ernst and Assistant District Attorney Marnie Lobel, announced that an attorney, who is also an auxiliary police officer, was charged with criminal possession of deadly firearms and accused of stockpiling an arsenal of lethal weapons along with high capacity magazines and over 10,000 rounds of ammunition in his Fresh Meadows home.
