Queens District Attorney Richard A. Brown named Assistant District Attorney Rosemary Chao as this year’s recipient of the Tenth Annual Hal Miller Weinstein Memorial Award. This prestigious award is given annually in honor of former Assistant District Attorney Hal Miller Weinstein who died tragically in a car accident in April 1992. Joining the District Attorney and Rosemary Chao were Hal’s brother Lloyd, Hal’s uncle Judge Jeremy Weinstein and Hal’s father Jonathan Weinstein. (11/27/01) |
